The video is outstanding and Carls narrating adds the extra punch. I don't fully agree with the reason behind the video. The guy is frustrated about how NASA uses social media. No other outlet in the public sector is so engaged as NASA is, bringing the science to the people, being interactive and inviting people from all over the world to get a backstage view of NASA centers and rocket launches. While we can do much better, we need to embrace the word social and social media a little better, NASA is already doing a pretty good job.
